Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

Banco Português de Gestão is an entity adhering to the following conflict arbitration centers:

The centers for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes are part of the Consumer Arbitration Network.

The list and the contacts of these centers are divulged by the General Direction of the Consumer in the Portal of the Consumer (www.consumidor.pt).

Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution

Banco Português de Gestão also provides access to the Online Dispute Resolution platform (Plataforma RLL) for the resolution of emerging litigation arising from online contracted services
